      1. Download and unzip the companion.
      2. Open brave://extensions (or chrome://extensions).
      3. Enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, and select the unzipped folder containing manifest.json.
      4. Open the companion’s Details and enable Allow in incognito (Brave: Allow in Private).
      5. Reload this study nook. Enable blocking above and start a focus session.

      Keep this nook in a regular window. The blocker also works in private windows once allowed. She can pause it at any time. It stores the timer deadline, not her browsing history or messages.
